Contact Us
ReactionTimeTests.org is run by one person. Email reaches me directly, and I try to reply within a couple of days on weekdays.
The fastest way to reach me:
If your message is about personal data — a copy of what we hold, or a deletion request — use the same address and say so in the subject line.
What I can help with
- Questions about what your reaction time score means
- Factual corrections to anything in our articles or test pages
- Accessibility problems with any of the tests
- Bug reports — a test that won't start, a score that looks wrong, a broken link
- Privacy requests: a copy of the feedback data tied to your email, or its deletion
What I cannot do
I can't diagnose a medical or neurological condition, and I can't issue any certificate or document for a job, licence, insurance claim, or medical record. Every test on this site is a self-screening tool running in a web browser on uncalibrated hardware — your monitor, mouse and operating system all add latency that a clinical setup controls for. If you need a result that counts for something official, you need an in-person assessment.
Quick feedback instead
For a short bug report or an idea, the Feedback button at the bottom-right of every page is faster than email. Leaving your email address there is optional — fill it in only if you'd like a reply.
Response times
This is a side project, not a company with a support desk. Most messages get a reply within two or three weekdays. If a week goes by with no answer, send it again — it means your first message got lost, not that it was ignored.
